Oil-water separation filter element is mainly designed for oil-water separation. It contains two kinds of filter elements: coalescence filter element and separation filter element.
For example, in the oil dewatering system, oil flows into the coalescence separator, first flows through the coalescence filter, coalescence filter to remove solid impurities, and coalesces very small water droplets into larger droplets. Most of the condensed water droplets can be separated from the oil by self-weight and settled into the catchment tank.
Then the oil flows through the separation filter element. Because the separation filter element has good hydrophobicity and hydrophobicity, the water can be further separated. Finally, clean and anhydrous oil flows out of the coalescence separator.
Oil first enters the lower part of the filter shell from the inlet pipe, and then flows into the filter core from outside to inside. At this time, the coarser particles will precipitate immediately, which will be discharged by the sewage valve, and the smaller particles will be intercepted by the filter core. After the final clean oil is collected by the filter tray, it flows out of the coalescer separator through the outlet pipe. With the increase of the treated oil, the pollutants deposited on the filter will cause the pressure difference of the coalescer to rise.
When the pressure difference rises to 0.15Mpa, it indicates that the coalescing filter core has been blocked and should be replaced. Oil flows from the oil inlet of the coalescing separator to the first-class tray, and then distributes to the inner of the first-class filter element. After filtration, demulsification, water molecule growth and coalescence, impurities are trapped in the first-class filter element. The coalesced droplets settle in the sedimentation tank. Oil enters the second-class filter element from outside to inside, and gathers in the second-class tray and from the coalescence. The separator outlet flows out.
The material of secondary filter element has hydrophobicity, oil can pass smoothly, and free water is blocked outside the filter element, and flows into the sedimentation tank and discharges through the discharge valve.
